9:30am Children come in and have free play
10.00am Options of play, craft activity, role-play activities
10:30am Registration and circle time
10:45am Snack time
11:15am Choice of a walk around the village or physical activity in the hall
Midday Lunch
12:30pm Story time, songs and games
1.00pm Pick up children (over 3's are invited to stay for afternoon session until 3.00pm)
During the week, the children visit the Spinney - small wooded and open field in the village of Whilton. At the Spinney, the children take part in outdoor activities such as playing in the outdoor mud kitchen, climbing trees and making dens.
Music Sessions: Every other week we also hold a music session which the children really enjoy and look forward to.
During the Summer term only, children who are aged 3 years and over, visit Brington Primary School on Wednesday afternoons. Also during the Summer term, on Friday mornings all children go to Forest School. Forest School takes place in a wood, on farm land, close to the Ansley Estate, Daventry. All children attend and the sessions take place from 9.30 - 1.00pm and are run by a qualified Forest School Leader. The children participate in outdoor activities, explore the wooded area, build dens and look for
